I have led B2B SaaS engineering organizations of 50+ across engineering, product, and QA — and driven platform adoption across 150-developer organizations through sustained internal evangelism. I have originated platforms from idea to CEO funding approval, and rescued $30M product lines under existential competitive pressure.

What sets me apart is that I have stayed hands-on across all of it. I do not delegate every architectural decision; I write the prototypes, I lead the design, and I can credibly walk through any system I have shipped. That combination — senior leadership scope plus hands-on technical depth — is what I bring.

I specialize in the hardest problems: making complex systems feel simple, integrating AI in ways that enhance rather than complicate the user experience, and building the foundational architecture that everything else depends on.

Currently, I am building USA Jewels — an AI-first commerce platform powered by OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Llama, and Grok LLMs. I have integrated Claude Code across development, QA, and marketing, increasing release frequency over 300%.

Originated, named, prototyped, and led the IBI Unity Platform — conceived the strategic vision, built the proof-of-concept, presented to CEO/General Manager (with board and investors observing via Zoom), secured funding for ~10 new engineering hires plus reallocated existing teams, and directed architecture and implementation consolidating three business units (analytics, integration, data quality) into a single cloud-first PaaS
Drove OSLO API adoption across the entire 150-developer engineering organization — designed the company-wide OpenAPI standard, ran a sustained developer enablement function delivering live presentations and recorded hands-on demos on REST best practices, OpenAPI, and RAML — replacing all legacy undocumented RPC calls across the IBI product portfolio

Includes a configurable product engine (100+ SKU variants per design), RAG-powered search, LLM-driven SEO and content automation, behavior-based recommendation systems, visual similarity search, a full CMS/CRM/affiliate stack, and an AI shopping concierge. Recently partnered with Nivoda, expanding the catalog to 20,000+ certified diamonds and gemstones, with a custom-jewelry builder combining configurable settings with certified stones in real time. Currently used as a hands-on proving ground for AI-assisted development — Claude Code integration across development, QA, and marketing has driven release frequency 300%+.
